Well where do I begin... I myself have worked in the motor trade and know how hard it can be. I have also bought many cars in my time, and have had every experience under the sun when it comes to sales executives. My experience with Erica at Reed was by far the BEST experience I have ever had in car sales. She was polite, funny, well informed, knew the answers to all my questions, completely attentive (I was starving and she gave me some pringles from her own lunch!) and over all spoke to me like a human, not a pay cheque. I was overwhelmed by her professionalism and quality of service, and of course the fact she managed to get me a good deal on my finance. I can say, with all honesty, that I will purchase another car from Reed, because Erica is a credit to your company and a fantastic asset! Thankyou so much, I love my new car and I’m very grateful I found Reed autos.
